Slot cars have all been forgotten, or have they?  When we were kids they were pretty common place, but that was 20 years ago, long before the Internet and the advent of super advanced and immersive video games that required more than 10-15 hours of play to beat it (case in point Skyrim).  But it turns out that Slot Cars have advanced at the same pace as the rest of our toys, as proven by this video.  We’re not exactly sure what’s going on here, but it appears to be some sort of competition hosted in a German local.  Suffice to say, the cars are traveling so stupid fast that all the fun has been drained out of the toy, though it would appear that a hair senstive trigger figure is still the key to a successful lap.
