Apple Hard Drive Enclosure

Hard drive enclosures, as in the box surrounding the spindle, are often black, boxy and sure as hell don’t complement your svelte Macbook Air, or even Pro.
The iHdd 2 Slim External Hard Drive Enclosure does just that, though we’re wondering if they’ve officially licensed the Apple logo. Intuition says no, but does it matter?
It’s an enclosure, which means you’ll need to add your own SATA/2 2.5-inch hard drive, which shouldn’t be too tough since the seller says no screws or tools required.
The case is USB 1.1/2.0 compatible, which is a bit of a shame, since the new Macbook Airs sports Thunderbolt. Capacity caps out at 500GB, more than enough especially with Apple’s iCloud service launching in a few days. And the Apple logo, it glows. Boooya!
You can grab one for $99.99.
