There is no way, not even in hell, Steve Jobs would approve the use of his likeness in a figurine. However, that has yet to stop those trying to make a quick buck by replicating the iconic figure in miniature form. Earlier this year we took a look at a Steve Job figurine with an oversized head. It was created and soled by a company called MICGadget. From our understanding Apple sent them a cease and desist, but that probably didn’t stop them from selling a few of the figurines.
And yesterday, as we’re sure you heard, Steve Jobs retired from his position as Apple’s CEO. So we can’t help but wander if this is an actual product or just someone trying to have a laugh in light of yesterday’s headlines. Nonetheless, if this figurine is real, they, who ever that is, has managed to nail down the detail to the New Balance shoes and of the course the turtle neck. But that’s not all. Included with the 12-inch figurine are 1/6 Scale items such as the iMac, Magic Mouse, keyboard, iPhone 4, iPad 2, Desk and Chair. Or it might just be a solid photoshop mock up.
Price you ask? $160. Where you can buy it? No clue.
