Until the Nintendo Wii showed up, video games were largely a sedentary experience known for packing on the pounds for anyone that sat with controller in hand for days at a time. However, Blaze doesn’t think Nintendo’s Wii has done a good enough job when it comes to shedding the pounds.
The Wii “U-Move” controller works just like any other Wii Nunchuck, but in order for the thumb stick to actually work, the player has to be constantly waving their hand in any direction or by jogging in place. Talk about annoying motivation. And to insure that you receive the proper positive reinforcement, Blaze has outfitted the controller with a pedometer to count the amount of steps and calories burned during gaming.
