Retro gaming never looked so good, or so portable thanks to the SupaBoy from Hyperkin. Effectively, it’s a Super Nintendo System shrunken into a portable format, replete with a full sized SNES cartridge slot – bet you didn’t see that one coming. All the controls, as well as a screen, are directly embedded into the system so no TV is required. But what about those two player games of a time past? No problem. Two controller ports and a video out let you connect it to an television set and relive the good old days. We’re a bit skeptical on battery life, but who really cares about that, especially seeing as it costs $79.99.
Unfortunately, there is no word on a launch date, but they say it’s coming soon.
