Holy tiny crossbow Batman!  The handle is finished in 22k gold and the steel band produces up to 5.9lbs of draw force, more than enough power to lunge an arrow across a room.  The below video does a good job demonstrating its sheer force as well as the different arrows that can be used, which includes a ramming arrow and flaring arrow that can light up a paper target.
