Underground House With Water Slide Goes Up For Grabs, Costs $3,000,000
If the $25,000,000 mansion that we saw last week was a bit too rich for your blood, then perhaps you’ll find this $3,000,000 abode a bit more appealing, provided of course you’re of the vampire type. What do we mean by that?
This house, replete with swimming pool, jacuzzi, breakfast room, dining room, gym, bar area and more, is all located underground, completely. As a result, it’s been called the “The Subterranean Mansion” and boasts 4,300 square feet of living space. But that’s not all, there’s even a slide that connects the master bedroom to the main pool.
It would most certainly pair nicely with one of those nifty underground parking spaces we saw a few years ago. Still, though, it’s 3,000,000 bills and who knows how much the utilities would set you back, especially when you consider that you gotta be pumping fresh air into it on the daily.
