Polyply iPad Stand Holds A Minimalist Awesomeness And Your iPhone
Need we explain? The Polyply is a two week project that culminated in a minimalistic stand that holds an iPad, iPod, iPhone and stylus. It’s crafted of acrylate polymer (acrylic plastic), birch plywood and birch. Each device can be charged without being removed from the stand and plays as a nice complement for those of you with a Bluetooth keyboard. The kick stand allows the Polyply to be oriented in two different position: laying down or standing up.
Now the bad news. It’s a project, as in prototype, so we don’t know if it will go on sale. However, since it’s garnered a fair amount of press, we have a sneaking suspicion that it will.
