Samsung Series 9 Laptop To Launch In An 11.6-inch Flavor, Specs Are Questionable
Word just came through that Samsung plans to launch an 11.6-inch version of their Series 9 laptop. Hmm, sounds strangely familiar, don’t it? Oh, that’s right, Apple also offers an 11.6-inch as well as a 13.3-inch, just like Sammy’s line up, which also includes a 13.3-inch version. Wow, really?
Nonetheless, specs and price have yet to be officialized, but Engadget was able to confirm the existence of the laptop and that it will ship with a Core i3 processor, which ain’t too shabby for a machine of this diminutive size. However, if we’re to believe Provantage’s website, which leaked the 11.6-inch laptop, it will ship for $1164.59 and include the following specs:
- 11.6-inch 1366×768 LED display at 340 cd/m2 brightness
- 1.3Ghz Intel Core i3-380UM processor
- 64GB SSD
- 1x USB 3.0
- WiFi b/g/n
- Bluetooth 3.0
- 5680 mAh battery
- 2GB of RAM
