Netflix Signs 2-year Deal With CBS, Instant Content Coming In April

Netflix has struck a 2-year deal with CBS to stream their content. But before you get too excited, it sounds like, or should we say looks like (get it), that it will primarily be content from their old catalog. According to Netflix’s VP of content acquisition we can expect the following shows, and then some, to arrive for instant streaming:
“Medium” and “Flashpoint,” as well as full seasons of the classic series “Cheers,” “Frasier,” “Twin Peaks,” “Family Ties” and “The Andy Griffith Show.” Also available: the original versions of TV greats “Star Trek,” “Twilight Zone” and “Hawaii Five-O.”
