We’ve got some unfortunate news, and it doesn’t play nice with today, which is often associated with sales, as in President Day sales.  Nope, in fact it’s quite the opposite.

T-Mobile dropped the proverbial ball the other day when they announced the price and launch date for their Galaxy S 4G smartphone.  Initially they said the handset would be $149.99, but now they’ve gone and retracted the original price and replaced it with a higher, less palatable $199.99 price tag.

Feeling burned?  We would to if we had already allocated that $50 to a nice meal with that significant someone in your life, or perhaps a bender of some sorts.  One way or another, it ain’t a move that will sit well with those who had plans to scoop up the device February 23rd when it launches.
