Wahoo Fitness has a device plus app combo out, connecting your iPhone to various fitness devices. It’s a good idea that lets you get information from heart rate straps and stride sensors and whatever other measuring gadgets you use, and read it where it’s most accessible to you: on your iPhone.
The plug-in sensor is small and won’t cramp your style or your running, and it interfaces with any ANT+ fitness devices, which appears to be an alliance of sorts for fitness device manufacturers, although I’m not sure who they’re fighting and in what galaxy.
With various connectors and cables for attaching sensors to your body or bike, there’s a lot of configurations to be had, with the basic run pack costing $130.
