The Perfirmer might be best described as Perfect Push-up meets Perfect Sit-up. Effectively, they’re a set of handles. On one side is a flat surface with a non-slip base that grips the floor and allows for push-ups in a fixed position. The other side features a set of wheels that allow an ab exercise to be performed in addition to a variation of the standard push-up.
Perfirmer says that their product’s revolutionary design allows for more push up variation of exercises and engages more muscles such as the chest, arms, shoulders, back, and abdominals. Until we try one, we’re a bit skeptical given the “all-in-one” nature of the product.
If you’re so inclined you can nab one for $119.95.
