UPDATED. We just got our hands on the Jawbone Jambox. We haven’t had a chance to power it up and stream tunes via Bluetooth or the headphone jack, but we’re very impressed with the weight of the diminutive device; it’s solid. Two sides are finished in a rubber coating which makes it very easy to hold and it should insure that any vibrations created by the speakers won’t emit an overwhelmingly loud rattling noise on what ever surface it’s placed. A set of large rubber buttons control volume and power, while a mini USB port provides power to the built-in battery and a small LED light changes from red to white to indicate when it’s fully charged.
