The Golf Mobile Boomerang is a contraption made of a stick with the physical qualities of a fishing pole, attached to a motorized spool. It lets you practice your golf swing at full power even in restricted space, using balls that are regular golf balls in every way except for the fact that they’re attached to the ‘fishing pole’ with a string.
Once the ball reaches its maximum allowed distance of 50 to 70 yards, it gets pulled back in a matter of seconds.
The device itself seems fairly light and portable, with nothing difficult about setting it up or using it. It also has sensors which will tell you what the speed of your ball was, and how far it would have traveled under normal conditions.
Only problem is the price of the device is $1,242, which buys a small boat engine, much stronger than that required for reeling in a golf ball. But then – golf is an expensive sport.
