Last week Steve introduced the all new Macbook Airs.  The 13.3-inch weighs 2.8lbs and the 11.6-inch a ridiculous 2.3lbs.  Most people don’t realize how light this is.  We thought it would be fun to compare 7 everyday items that are the equivalent weight of the 11.6-inch Macbook Air.

  • 1 quart of milk
  • 4 double quarter pounders with cheese
  • 2 Kindle DXes
  • 4 cans of soda
  • 2 average sized hard cover books
  • 7 iPhone 4s
  • 1.5 cartons of eggs
