The new E50 Series Monitor from LG Electronics is the perfect display for college dorm rooms and home
workstations around the country. This 23-inch model features Full HD 1080p resolution, a 5,000,000:1
Digital Contrast Ratio and LED backlighting which provide deeper blacks, richer color and overall
premium picture performance for students who use their computers as a primary means for watching
movies, playing video games and of course, working on the latest writing or graphics editing project for
school. Aside from stunning picture quality, the E50 boast a thin design so fits easily on virtually any
desktop and enhances the surroundings with its sleek silhouette.
Long hours editing are literally made less painful as the E50 incorporates the Auto Bright feature, which
optimizes brightness to reproduce a crisp, clear image without causing eye strain. With the Dual Web
feature, students can multitask easier when researching and writing papers as the monitor automatically
calibrates the window size to divide the screen to view multiple Web pages and run Microsoft Office™ at
the same time.
For the environmentally conscious students and moms and dads out there, 90 percent of the materials
and parts used to make this ENERGY STAR® rated monitor can be reused or recycled at the end of the
product’s useful life, reducing the amount of materials sent to landfills. This model has also earned UL
Environment’s new Sustainable Product Certification for high tech equipment. This means the monitor
has completed UL Environment’s independent, third-party certification, guaranteeing that it meets
strict performance criteria for the design of electronic products to reduce the environmental impact. UL
Environment’s testing confirmed that the monitor earned an IEEE 1680 Gold rating, the most stringent
and prestigious of three levels of compliance. The E2350V is believed to be the only Gold-rated monitor
on the market to achieve third-party certification of its sustainable attributes. This model uses up to 45
percent less power than previous LG standard LCD models.
It is usually retailed at a MSPR of $329.99.
Grew up back East, got sick of the cold and headed West. Since I was small I have been pushing buttons - both electronic and human. With an insatiable need for tech I thought "why not start a blog focusing on technology, and use my dislikes and likes to post on gadgets."
