“The William” stovetop is one of the most exciting concepts I’ve ever seen. How come? Well, it takes the same size of the stovetops of old, but lets you cook tons of different items at once, all controlled via touchscreen. It does so via a complex network of “honeycomb” heating sensors, which allow you to easily adjust the size and shape of a certain “temperature zone” while having a totally different heat right near it. You can set zones to turn off automatically, so stuff doesn’t overcook. If something like this actually gets made, it could literally¬†revolutionize¬†how fast we cook, or even invent new recipes. Check out the video to see it explained in detail.
