We’ve shown USB powered monitors on GadgetReview before, but not any that are also touchscreens. The iMo Mini-Monster Touch is a ten-inch resistive touchscreen LCD monitor that is completely powered by a high power USB 2.0 port, so you can bring it with you with your laptop wherever. Specs include a 350cd/m2 brightness rating and a 400:1 contrast ratio. You can use either a finger or stylus with the screen, which works automatically in Windows XP, Vista, and 7 and with drivers for Mac OSX 10.4 & above. There’s a lot of uses for this thing.
