T.25 Minicar Is Smaller Than A Smart Car, Gets 74MPG
The T.25 minicar can reach a top speed of 80mph and gets 74 miles per gallon. When it becomes available for purchase it should cost about $9,000, while its electric cousin, which achieve 80-100 miles per charge will cost twice that, $18,000.
The car is designed by Gordon Murray, who also designed the McClaren F1 supercar and also sports a central driving position. To give you a better idea on size two T.25s can ride inside one UK highway lane. Murray says they’ve developed a special manufacturing process called “iStream”, which allows all major components to be fixed onto the car prior to installing the body panels.
