Solaire Portable Infrared Grill, We Want
This ain’t your Dad’s grill. The Solaire Go Anywhere 304 Gas Grill weighs just 20lbs and uses portable propane tanks to heat your food to what some might deem an acceptable temperature (I like it mooing). But what really makes this cooking machine cool (how ironic) is that it cooks your food using infrared tech. It’s kind of complicated, but infrared cooks the food more directly and is said to have better flavor and keep in all those tasty juices. Yes, it does cost over $300, but you’ll get portability, 14,000 BTU of manliness and 155 square inches of cooking space – plus there is a tote bag.
