Remember that Power PEG device that we saw at CES 2009?  It’s now available for pre-order for $150 and will ship this June.

The Power PEG (Personal Energy Device) harnesses the power of your kinetic energy (i.e. walking, running, etc) and stores it in an internal battery that can recharge 5v (iPhones, iPod, Blackberries) devices.  It should prove useful if you do a lot of hiking or running and often depend on a battery operated GPS or just want to insure you always have juice for your tunes.

Right now all we know is that the Power PEG is compatible with 3,000 devices and during purchase you need to choose which package is compatible with your device.
