Seagate has partnered with Paramount pictures to distribute their movies.  What does that mean?  Buy one of their special Freeagent hard drives and you’ll find 20 of their mostly craptastic movies stored in its memory banks.  But wait, there is more.  You can’t watch any of these movie.  Nope, you’ll have to login to some website, pay about $20 to unlock one movie and at best get something that is in 720p quality. Lastly, who wants 10% of their drive’s capacity clogged up with a set of movies they’re never gonna watch, let alone pay money for.

Crunchgear gave the drive a test drive and said the whole process is cryptic and all together failed.
