Facebook Video Now Compatible With the iPad
Did you know that Facebook videos now work on the iPhone and iPad? I sure as hell didn’t. But, before you get too excited (or angry) and think yet another website bowed to the power of Steve Jobs, don’t. Instead, the social networking company is transcoding new videos to h.264 on the fly. Okay, so they sort of bent over for Apple, but since MPG4 is a standard that has long been used, it ain’t that big of a deal.
