Tablets are getting so popular these days that even design firms aregetting in on the game…Italian design firms. Alessi’s AlessiTab, designed by Stefano Giovannoni, is a fancy looking touchscreen device running Android OS. Specs include WiFi, a six hour battery life,
included base station, and a digital TV tuner. From the looks of the device’s promotional video, this thing is aimed at light browsing – recipes, news, and the like. All in the spacious kitchen that resides within your Italian villa. Oh, you don’t have one of those? Bummer.
The AlessiTab is available in September for $400.
