Cell Phones — 17 March 2010

Yesterday Google finally offered the Nexus One unlocked and contract free for $529. Fresh on the heels of the aforementioned news comes word that Sprint has also adopted the Android based smartphone. As of now Sprint is mum on the launch date, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they try to push it out before the end of March to help boost their Q3 numbers. Then again, that might negate some sort of deal, as they’ve been pushing the smartphone on Big Red as ‘coming soon’ for sometime now.
