Gaming iPhone iPhone Games — 19 March 2010

Playing games on the iPhone, is well, let’s say more of a time passer-byer than a sit down event. But perhaps with the Gamebone gamepad accessory for the iPhone that will change…for some (I still won’t be gaming on my iPhone, unless of course it’s Bejeweled).
Yes, it does bear a close resemblance to the PSP (as noted by Gizmodo), but what you can’t see is that it has a 2000mAh battery on board for extra game time, built-in stereo speakers, omni-directional mic and a 3.5mm headphone jack. What you can see is that there is a full on d-pad, start/select buttons and 4 action buttons.
There is no word on a price or launch date, but they’re aiming for a Q4 launch.
Of note it looks slimmer and more pocket friendly then the iControlpad.
