Let’s get down to brass tacks, shall we: The Fatman Wi-Tube Valve Amplifier is a wireless docking system for your iPod or iPhone. What’s that mean? Plug in any iPod to the dock and you can wirelessly stream its tunes to the Wi-Tube Valve amp, which if you’ve got things setup correctly, will be attached to a pair of Fatman speakers, or any speakers of your choosing. If you’re not of the Apple ilk, fear not, for the dock also has a 3.5mm input jack, RCA inputs as well as a USB input so you can draw your computer’s stored media and sync your devices all at the same time.
The Fatman Wi-Tube will hit store shelves in a piano black finish this April for $600.
