
Parrot, who is best known for their Bluetooth headsets is speakerphones, has a little something up their sleeve for this year’s CES. I present to you the Parrot AR.Drone, a quadricopter.

And like all things wickedly awesome these days, it depends on the iPhone for control using the handsets built-in WiFi and accelerometer. Range issues aside of 802.11 b/g, the AR.Drone has a set of on board cameras: one for steadying itself and the other for beaming images back to the iPhone’s screen – sweet Mary! Not to mention an ultrasound sensor to provide altitude control.
There’s no word on an official launch date or price, but it sure will look good in your NYC loft, especially when you toss on the optional Polypropylene hull which is clearly intended for drunken shenanigans.
