Unlike TomTom‘s offering, Magellan’s GPS Car Kit works with any GPS application out of the box.  Aside from that, though, you get the usual feature set: power, amplified speaker, enhanced GPS, a dock that works with virtually any case or skin, noise canceling speakerphone and a windshield mount that rotates easily between landscape and portrait mode.  There’s no word on price and if you want it to work with the iPod Touch then you’ll have to purchase Magellan’s application.
