Halloween might be over, but there is always a little room for a trick.  The ‘Ghost Mirror’ shows any onlooker’s image from afar, but as they draw closer to the mirror their appearance begins to fade into obscurity.  The mirror is probably a one of a kind from the mind of Oliver Sidet and uses a combination of physics and lighting to achieve this odd feat.  While I have no way of confirming if it actually works, I’d gladly purchase one for my home since it could double as both a piece of art and a way of creating the perception of more space in my shoe box of an apartment.
