I was a little concerned with the bright screen at night at first but you can dim the screen. It works so well with my iPod Touch and it has the sound machine built in (which is one of the reasons why I purchased it). I love it!!! It's great, it was more expensive than I had expected but I'm glad I bought it. It was hidden on the shelves at Best Buy, I happened to be looking at a cheap Insignia one with just the small clock screen and then I saw this underneath. It said Sony, so I knew it was gonna be good and last a long time!! I say GO BUY IT!!! I just purchased this last weekend and I absolutely love it.
