		<description>I have worked for DSGi in the past and feel that managers do not install the correct working ethics and attitude in their staff from when they first join and ensure it is maintained.  Rewarding staff with proper support in their jobs regardless of renumberation is also lacking IMO.  Managers/Staff should be professional (I have seen numerous examples of this not being the case).  If they are not happy with customer attitude and can not appropriately deal with it, resign.</description>
