If the prospect of spending $300 on a Kettle is just a tad too unsettling for your bank account, but you’d like some greater insight into your water boiling activities then you might wanna checkout the Cuisinart PerfecTemp Porcelain Enameled Teakettle.  Mixing a little of the old with the sort of new, it features a temperature gauge that indicates the correct water temperature for the drink of your choice.  In an attempt to sell it a bit further, the makers claim that you’ll save energy from unecessary over boiling and reboiling.  Me?  I just think it’s a good idea to not burn your coffee.
