It’s ‘hump day’ so lets toss a little fuel on the long rumored Apple tablet computer, shall we?  Yesterday, Apple filmed a new ad for a yet to be announced product at Jax on the Tracks diner in Trukee, California.  Security was high, the parties involved were tight lipped about what they were shooting and no photographs were allowed.

So were they shooting a commercial for the Apple tablet computer, or is it just typical Apple secrecy which gets all the fanboys (myself included) hot and bothered?  Why a diner? Sure, it kind of appeals to the 20-something crowd, but does a new iPod or laptop have any significance in this particular location?  Well, in any case the location is most certainly an unorthodox approach towards an Apple commercial seeing as the last 5 years of adverts have been polished studio pieces.
