What’s your primary alarm clock?  Mine used to be something my Mom gave me for Christmas a few years ago, but now, and probably like many of you, it’s my iPhone.  Well, it looks like Kensington has caught onto this phenomenon and developed a charging stand that is designed to work in concert with their free app.

The Nightstand Charge Dock for the iPhone and iPod touch (it works with all the iPods) is simply a charger that acts as kickstand such that it displays the screen in landscape mode.  Fire up their Rise&Shine app and you can view the time in three different modes and glance at the weather as you wake to your phone’s alarm clock.

No word on a release date, but you can pre-order it now for $39.95.
