I may live in the Bible belt, but until I read the comments I thought that “a POS Motorola cable box that often freezes” was a Point-Of-Sale device. Needless to say, I felt pretty sharp for not trying to use a cash register as my DVR.

What’s misspelled? The best you can do is ‘amateur hour’ to describe the use of POS? Do you have a better description? If something doesn’t work as it is suppose to and all around sucks, yes it is a piece of steaming dog shit.

Directv already has a new contract with TIVO (Thank the maker, speaking of POS DVR’s).. the new Directv/TIVO’s should be out later this year, early next year.. woohoo!
