Holy crap!  I’m simply stunned by MonkeyLectric’s Video Pro M464Q bike wheel.  256 full color ultra-bright wide angle LEDs can display any image or video of your choosing while you bike between 8 – 25 mph.  Loading up the images happens over a wireless connection, which means no wires to mess with or axle grease to clean off your hands.  Best of all they’re completely weather resistant so you’ll never have to remove the wheels.  Check the video below, but before you get too excited consider the price tag of $2,000 per system, which may attract some unwanted onlookers.
