I just test-sat the Setu at an office furniture store. Of the 20 or so chairs I tested, this was, by far, the best for my human frame. I found only one other chair (with 5 additional controls!) that was even close to being as comfortable. What a great design! The lumbar support on the Setu is wonderful.

Since I have a long torso, few chair arms are useful. If they are adjustable, they must be set at their highest level. In most chairs, my arms hang from my shoulders without relief. I only wish the arms on the Setu were adjustable (or higher above the seat). Then, for me, it would be the perfect chair.
