Don't know why UK is so backward. Coming with a free HDMI cable and other small gifts from a main AV shop in HK, the price is only HK$8,000 (7980 to be exact) which is only 640 pounds and with 2 years warranty. You British comsumers are so ripped off. 1,050 pounds with only 1 year warranty, no gifts. And yet, you need to wait for ages to ship in this. Pitty! BTW, this is a good buy with wireless back surround speakers. Just consider its ipod ready and with a lan port to upgrade the hardware. It's a blu ray, most importantly.
