Small kitchens often mean little to no counter space.  So what’s a cook to do?  Well, you could opt for the kitchen table, but that’s impractical and not exactly sanitary.  The Lap Counter from designer Tomas Kral provides additional counter space all the while letting you sit as you dice and slice.  You just might wanna break out the garden hose afterward to give it a good rinse off.
