Viewsonic VG2427 LCD Monitor Announced, Nothing Special

lg vg2427 Viewsonic VG2427 LCD Monitor Announced, Nothing Special

To little to no fan fare Viewsonic announced a new monitor in their VG series today, the VG2427.  Although I couldn’t dig up an official press release, Cnet says the 24-inch LCD boasts a 1920×1080 resolution, 300 cd/m2 brightness, a rotatable and height adjustable stand, 2x USB ports and SRS WOW speakers.  At $499 it ain’t cheap, but since it utilizes 30% less power than other monitors – ECO mode – you should found some savings on the back end, although it will mostly be your conscience.

The Viewsonic VG2427 should be available any day now.
