Well that didn’t take long.  AT&T officially made the Samsung Impression, the first AMOLED phone offered from a US carrier, available today.  It will cost you $199.99 after a 2-year contract and $50 mail-in-rebate.  In case you forget, the Impression sports a 3.2-inch touchscreen (240×400 resolution), full slide out QWERTY keyboard, microSD card slot, 3.2MP camera, media player, web browser and Bluetooth 2.0.
