DSGIS, DS Geographic Information System, has built the world’s first GPS accessory for the Nintendo DS.  Currently, this model only works with the DS, but according to their forums they’re working on a DSi compatible version.  Right now they don’t have a price or release date, but I’d expect one ‘soon’.
