
Panasonic dropped a new HD (720p) touchscreen car receiver on us today. The 7-inch CN-HX3000D is powered by Windows Automotive and includes GPS with Google Maps, a 40GB hard drive, DVD player 1Seg TV tuner, 5.1 channel surround sound, Bluetooth and is iPod ready. For some added pizazz, and cost, the unit is compatible with the CY-BB1000D, an external Blu-ray player built for the car. The HX3000D will hit Japan this fall for a TBA price.
