Well then, some more details about HP LX195 Home Media Server emerged today. Earlier this month we got wind of the device, but we knew very little about it’s feature set. Inside is a 1.6Ghz Intel Atom N230, making it the first Windows Home Server-based network device to include this processor. Also included is 1GB of DDR2 RAM, a 640GB hard drive, 4 USB ports, Ethernet, Windows Home Server software that supports OS X’s Time Machine and HP’s Photo Publisher software that publishes photos directly to the web. Cost for the HP LX195 Home Media Server is said to be $390 at least according to search results pages on eCost (and this page on PCRush).
