DXG-125V: A $100 HD Waterproof Camcorder
Shock, disbelief and jaw drop. These are all things that describe my reaction to the DXG-125V (pictured above), a tiny waterproof camcorder that can record 720p video (h.264 encoding) and costs just $100! It will hit this July and come in red, military olive and winter camouflage. As for storage you’ll have to pick up an SD card, but come on, those are so cheap it don’t matter.
DXG also has plans to release the Luxe Collection, a $130 camcorder that is geared towards women, hence the funky purse like finish and pink, black and white colors. This bad girl will include a flip out 3-inch LCD, record 720p video, 2x optical zoom and capture 5mp stills.
