Drobo introduced a massive network enabled storage array today that can hold up to 8 3.5-inch hard drives potentially providing 16TB of storage for small businesses. On the face of the Drobopro are 8 green LED lights that indicate when a SATA drive is inserted, while the rear of the device features 3 interfaces: SCSI (gigabit Ethernet), Firewire 800 and UBS 2.0. The DroboPro is both Vista/OSX compatible and they’ve gone the extra mile by providing all the cables necessary to get this thing connected.
Available for $1,299 without hard drives.
