AT&T will exclusively start selling the Nokia E71x sometime soon according to a recently posted product page.  Although no official price or launch date has been announced we do know the feature set of this all black, QWERTY keyboard device.  Packed into this handset is quad-band (850/900/1800/1900 MHz) GSM/GPRS/EDGE and dual band (850/1900 MHz ) UMTS/HSDPA connectivity, Symbian S60 3.2 OS, microSD card slot, 3.2MP camera, video calling, MS exchange compatibility, aGPS, 2.5mm headphone jack, speakerphone, 4.5hour talk time (12 days standby), WiFi b/g, Bluetooth 2.0, infrared and 2.4-inch 240×320 pixels display.
