Some of us would only be so lucky to have a library of DVDs that reaches as far as the eye can see, or a pantry stuffed so full of food it goes stale before consumption. So how do you manage your vast amount of worldly goods? Pen and paper, excel spreadsheet? Wrong. You seek refuge in the organized world of bar code.
The Intelliscanner is a handy little tool that reads barcodes. It can scan up to 250 items in one sitting and plugs into your computer via USB where it dumps the collected codes into the included software. It then subsequently looks up the products info and creates a database. Perfect for keeping track of your DVD, wine or beer collection. Additionally, it can assist in create shopping lists. Just scan the used products, plug it in and a list of ‘to be purchased’ products is created.
